RETURNS

All Items bought on US.LADYBIBA.COM will gladly be accepted for a store credit within 10 days of the delivery date. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. Clothing must be devoid of any stains, must not be worn,  altered, damaged, odors, self tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells including deodorant and perfume. All tags must be attached when returned. A restocking fee of $20 will be charged on all orders returned.

    We offer worldwide shipping usually within 3-5 business days. for most locations except for pre-orders or orders with specific ship dates. 

    To get your order before Christmas, pls place your order by the 19th of December. This excludes preorders. Any order placed from the 19th of December will be processed from January 3rd 2024. 

    Pre-orders take about 10-12 business days to process. Pls note that preorders ordered from the 11th of December will be processed from January 8th 2024
