What happens if I don't like my order?
While we want every single customer that shops to completely be in love with their order, We understand that this may not be the case. To return your order, pls ensure that the garment in its original state as when purchased (tags still intact, devoid of smell or stains) and contact us by filling the form on our returns page within 10 days of receiving your order and your refund/exchange will be processed.
What do I do if my order is damaged?
We are so sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than pristine condition! Please let us make it right. Can I exchange my order?
We do not offer free exchanges at this time. If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return the unused goods back to us using our returns page and make a new purchase for the item or items you want through our site.

Where are your products shipped from?
We ship from 2 warehouses; one in the US and one in Nigeria.
Where are the items produced?
All Lady Biba items are currently produced in the brand's factory in Lagos, Nigeria using ethical standards by a majorlty female team.
I received the wrong goods, what do I do?
Although we strive for perfection, we are human and sometimes the wrong items are shipped from our warehouses. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and our customer service team is here to help make things right.
