RETURNS
All Items bought on US.LADYBIBA.COM will gladly be accepted for a store credit within 10 days of the delivery date. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. Clothing must be devoid of any stains, must not be worn, altered, damaged, odors, self tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells including deodorant and perfume. All tags must be attached when returned. A restocking fee of $20 will be charged on all orders returned.
